Stylishly furnished the treetop level consists of the master bedroom with ensuite, modern kitchen with full facilities including dishwasher, plumbed in fridge and coffee machine, living & dining rooms and access to that wonderful deck. On the street level there are two more bedrooms along with a second living room for the kids with TV, bathroom, laundry, separate studio with TV/ DVD and outside table tennis table.

As part of our conditions of being able to offer this property for rent, the Mornington Peninsula Shire requires us to provide our contact details to neighbours. Please ensure you read the shire's 'Code of Conduct' to ensure you minimise the impact to neighbours and they have no need to contact us.
We have also provided a starter pack of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, coffee, tea and sugar for your convenience. However, if your stay is longer you may need to bring or purchase more of these items.
