Stay here!
This location is ideal for visitors arriving by train from London as it is EASY walking distance and minutes by taxi; there is a stand close by. During our six day at this location we marveled at how friendly and exceedingly helpful the staff were. The hotel is close to IKEA as well!

This hotel is only convenient for 1 night if your going on a cruise. But absolutely disgusting if your on floor 3 and 4 ask for a fan as its stupidly hot. The beds are rock hard. Couldnt open my window as the fan from McDonald's was on 24/7 also had builders outside my window mentioned it to front of desk and they where like well should of asked to move to the other side. Really terrible apologies. And a black hair in my bed. Ibis BUDGET for a reason. Other customers that were staying were complaining. The property needs a refurb. £10 for kettle and tea and coffee just go to McDonald's next door get wholw breakfast for £10 i asked for hairdryer through the call reception and no answer. Not worth it. Go to to ibis across the road.

Ok sized rooms not sure about the shower and sink in the room. Deco abit tired but has everything you need. Scaffolding spoilt the view from the window that also didn’t open and was far too hot in the room. Had problems opening the door with key cards took a while to get in.

Budget yes, but does the job for a quick stay
I checked in late on Thursday due to a late flight and then a late bus. The man on reception checked me in efficiently. My room was on the ground floor right at the end. As a female travelling on my own this wasn't ideal and, if it had been earlier and I hadn't been travelling for eight hours I might have asked to change but as I was going to be in the room for less than 12 hours it didn't matter too much. The room set up is a little odd with the toilet seperate from the sink and shower. For what I paid for this room though I can't really complain. It is a 5-10 min walk from the coach station and about 15 min walk from Horizon Terminal which is where I was headed.

This hotel is perfect for a short stay. Check in was easy, clean, basic but very nice room. My only negative is that there must be some sort of industrial works nearby as it was noisy most of the night which disturbed sleep.

Very basic hotel, knew it was budget, but this is very basic. They never even had room to store our luggage for us when we arrived, so we just left it at sister hotel, staff never offered this as an option they just smirked and told us to wait all day in the scabby lobby for our room to be ready... eh no thanks!
