Great location for North Sydney, Very clean crisp white sheets on a comfortable bed, amazing thick soft towels in the bathroom. Downfall was the cleanliness of the show- It needs a really good clean as there is mold - advice to others bring your thongs for showering! Shower need fixing as is dripping, and cleaner needs to do a better job of wiping down surfaces as they feel sticky

Do not stay here. Firstly, when i was about to check in i had to call numerous times to get in touch with someone and when i did they argued that i hadnt paid my bond even after i sent a screenshot of my bank statements & the emailed receipt they sent me until a little after they gave in and admitted i had. Secondly, when i got to the apartment as soon as i walked in i was a greeted with a foul smell of off food that i had to run to the balcony to get fresh air. Once i could walk into the apartment again, i realised the TV remotes were undone on the coffee table with no batteries, the timber shutters had multiple broken areas, the switch on the stove was missing, the globe in the bathroom was out… oh and shortly after the smoke alarm started beeping as it hadn’t been regularly checked and was flat. Now i did call yet again, was on the phone to Matthew who gave me his personal number to correspond to because i had a enough of trying to talk to the hotel company and getting nothing but argumentative attitude. So Matthew had someone drop off airfresher and change the batteries in the smoke alarm/tv remotes. He was great until when i asked for a discount rate, he stopped replying. Thirdly, the return of the bond. I had to follow up again for numerous days to get status of my bond after it is advertised id receive it 3 days after check out. I didnt receive it until a 5 days after my stay and that was after the fact i had to call up because they hadn’t even released the bond yet.

We enjoyed our stay as our daughter lives there and it was great for us shopping n transport n restaurants excellent. The only negative was the unit need some updating n maintenance work but would still stay there again

Apartment location is good and amenities generally good. Communication about check in was not suitable for international travelers as there was no information until too close to arrival to be able to access it - had to chase. Apartment was described as 1 queen and 1 single bed - there was no single bed or linen to convert the couch.

The apartment was very good for a short stay. Full kitchen, even full laundry. The blinds are showing their age. Communication with management was hit and miss ... I tried to get their attention on an issue but only traded texts. The issue was most "odd" ... there was no way I could lock the apartment door! (even the cleaning team who arrived as I was leaving couldn't) and the was no latch on the door (like in hotel rooms.

Not a really good experience
The apartment location is good but overall stay is not a really good experience. You needed great effort to find the parking bay provided. The apartment is old-fashioned and not really cleaned. Bathroom light flashed all the way and we had to turn it off. Shower is not working well and only small amounts of water could come out. Moreover, the Netflix is out of order throughout the stay!
