I was so scared to stay there. every day we stunk like homeless people as the place was so dirty, I cleaned myself and the white towels were black from dirt - I checked out and moved to a different hotel instead of extending my stay. I am displaced from the hurricane, and this was a very bad experience and it was expensive.

It's hidden away, but still very near everything in Tampa. The room was huge, with a living area, full kitchen w/eat at bar and extremely quiet. We will definitely stay there again. It's also pet friendly! Next time we will bring our dog.

This is a nice spot with a good location. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast area was being remodeled when I visited. The breakfast food itself could have been a little better but it was still nice.

To be fair the property condition rating isn't a question seeing how Tampa just went through a Hurricane and still trying to get back to normal. Overall, I am a local and had family in town, and staff was FANTASTIC, very clean, and would definitely recommend to anyone who is coming into Tampa and wants the something affordable and equal distant to all that's around.

I will not be staying there again. Rooms were very run down, had a musky smell and very dirty. I had to reclean everything myself. The toilet bowl was stained, the floor was not cleaned, it was still stained from the previous visitors, just conpletely unacceptable. Breakfast was horrible. The only good thing was the staff was very friendly.

DISGUSTING STAY AWAY!!!
Absolutely filthy place to stay. Broken air conditioning, trash on the sidewalk and 81 degrees inside. Even though its no smoking, place smells of cigarettes. Filthy carpets at least 20 years old, moldy, holes in ceiling and peeling paint. Such neglect, stay away.

The staff is very friendly, the hot breakfast was very good each day, the pool area was very nice, bed was very comfortable, and it's very close to the airport as well as plenty of restaurants and downtown Tampa. The room was a little dated and the floor hadn't been swept well.

The room/apartment was dirty. I mean the mattresses had stains, the box springs had bed bug fecal matter on them, spiders, roaches, dirty bathtubs with bugs in them, and other people’s belongings left in the room/apartment. The worst part not even mentioning the phones were disconnected in the unit; the staff was uninformed about the approaching Hurricane, the worst part is I found a peep hole from the adjacent unit to my unit. An actually botched covered up hole in the wall where you can look into the other unit and see what’s happening in the unit. The management put people out of their units during the hurricane and I witnessed people attempting to gather their things and leave during the hurricane that impacted Tampa back in early August. Called management and asked why were people leaving with heavy rain and wind gusts above 60 mph and she said they didn’t pay for another day even though the Governor issued a state of emergency and issued a shelter in place order. An investigation has been started by Ashley Moody’s AG office and the manager, her staff whose names I was able to gain have been reported. People; I am telling you please for your safety stay away from this place.

Kind people work here. It seems like all employees take pride in their job as the property is older but it is kept up and therefore presentable in its best possible condition in my opinion. Great safe, comfortable, affordable option.

The property was in a really poor condition. The room smelled of Smoke and dampness. The ceiling in the Bathroom in main Bedroom was leaking and the leak is there for a while as there are stains on the floor. This is a horrible property which should have never been rated as 3 star property.
