The hotel was great. Rooms were great. Service was great the only issue I had was valet service turning my daughter away when she asked for parking. No one even considered her to be a guest and told her to park at a garage. So I was disappointed with that. Besides that the hotel itself was great.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly, helpful and professional. The valet was quick to retrieve our car when needed. Our room and the hotel premises were clean and comfortable. The restaurant out back is nice to have dinner or just drinks and relax watching the boats. We arrived the day after Hurricane Helene and the hotel was completely clean and ready for guests.

This was our third stay here, and we love it! Right across from the Convention Center and on the water with lots of food options close by, it provides a city feel that is manageable with beautiful views. We particularly like the balcony options to have coffee in the morning and evening conversations with vino. It is our favorite place to stay in Tampa. Really nice, helpful staff as well!

Hotel is amazing for pet lovers.

I love the hotel and the location and will certainly stay again there; however, our room was too close to the elevators and very noisy, I would prefer a quieter area next time. Our room was earlier than regular check-in time, loved it!
