AMAZING property very clean, staff is outstanding everyone happy and providing great service. The hotel offered free full breakfast and was amazing with lots of variety. Very close proximity to downtown walking distance. Highly recommend !!

Great hotel
Have used this hotel many times before for our trips to York. Never any problems. Good quality rooms, great breakfast. It is about 10 minute walk to the centre of town which is far enough away to give a quieter environment.

The hotel was less central than we thought and actually ended up using Ubers a couple of times during the stay. The pool/leisure centre was also closed for refurbishment so didn’t have that benefit. On the plus side, the room was modern and bed comfy enough. We really enjoyed our breakfast too!

The hotel is well located and it's nice and modern. The hotel staff I find lacked a bit of smiles whether it be at reception or the bar. Not a fan of separate bathrooms in them room but that's many French brand hotels.

Short stop over
Stayed for 1 night on the way to Filey. Very comfortable stay in modern surroundings with a decent breakfast. City centre is a short walk away. Would definitely recommend as a base to explore York.

Great value and location for York centre
Great location and hotel. Great service and friendly staff. Bar has happy hour early evening so convenient and value. Have parking facilities a great bonus . Also have some EV charging points.
