Booked a handicap room, toilets low no grab bars, no grab bars in the showers, nor anywhere to put personal items while showering. I was disappointed to learn the rooms were not serviced everyday. The towels were really small. The beds were not comfortable, and TV reception was poor. The breakfast was good. After paying all the money for the room, I was disappointed that I had to pay for parking.

Every time we travel to Disney we love to book cortona because of the kids suite. But these past two times I have not had a good experience. In 2023 we got a room that smell like poop and we asked to get moved and they couldn’t until the next day. This year comes to find out the they charge $20+ for parking per night and breakfast is not as good as before anymore.

Room was clean, staff were lovely, breakfast was enough to fuel you for a day at Disneyland. Great hotel to sleep and go! Could not fault them! There is a shuttle across the road to go to Disneyland in the car park. A great location!

The hotel stay was wonderful! Staff were very friendly and laundry facilities have soap to purchase which was very useful. The hotel was very close to Disney and nearby bus stops. The continental breakfast was lacking heavily and I was disappointed to see Styrofoam plates and cups being used rather than real plates and cutlery. Otherwise it was a lovely property with very comfortable beds.

I was surprised by a parking fee of $22 tax, roughly $26/night, no choice there. Aside from that clean and walkable distance to things. Shuttle bus costs $6 per person per day and breakfast was medicore. There was a guy smoking pot off to the side one of the nights and the giftshop has no discounts and spiked pricing.

Overall it was a great stay would stay again
For the price and where it was located I would stay again .I do feel they need to pick up trash daily I was throwing it out daily because we had a-lot of garbage and I bought my own toilet paper they didn't replenish daily or bring towels they did let me know that when in booked the room online that housekeeping would be every 3 days so I was aware I do think it needs to be daily . At check-in/check out was an easy process and all staff was amazing and friendly . My family loved the breakfast and we would definitely stay again at our next trip to Disney Thank you Cortona
