Front desk male worker was rude! When I checked in, no greeting what so ever. Later in the evening when we came back from dinner, I walked into the lobby because I wanted to know if they had a shuttle schedule for Disneyland. He was so rude and disrespectful. He said he already gave me a schedule. I said no, I did not get one. He took out the schedule which was just printed on a piece of a paper and said, “this one, I gave it to you earlier” in an annoyed tone. Once again, I told him no I did not get one. He said I’ll give you one again anyway. I grabbed it and walked out. All he gave me when I checked in earlier was just the piece of paper for the parking permit & the room card. That was it! I dont know why he was making such a big deal over a shuttle schedule. If he gave me one in the first place, why would I waste my time going back in there to ask for another one? This will be my last time staying here.

We will definitely come back! Stayed for 3 nights over spring break, and had a great time. The rooms were spacious, and our kids had so much fun with the bunk beds. The breakfast had lots of choices and our housekeeper kept things in top condition. Shower heads had good pressure.

This was the perfect place to rest out heads for the night in between our trips to Disneyland and DCA. We could have a decent size breakfast and take the shuttle to the parks.

Pros: - Room was clean - Complimentary Disney shuttle - 15 minute walk from the park entrance, if you choose to walk - Nice little pool was perfect Con: - Room felt dated. Bathroom had no fan. - Walls were very thin, you can hear people walking, showering, and talking. - Breakfast was included. However the choices were minimal: cereal, toast, yogurt, or waffle. - Shuttle had odd times. Times didnt fit if you wanted to watch the fireworks and leave after. You were stuck for an hour after. - The walk to Disney is 15 minutes, however it is on a very busy fast street. - One washer available to use, and it required an app and min. $10 payment to use. Was annoying dl an app, create an account, and using my cc for one load of laundry.

What a difference going over the highway makes! Stayed two night prior close to Disney at a similar level property (excellent). This place.. I arrive to check in, go inside and get told to go outside and "use the window". It's a slide things under 7-11 in a bad neighborhood style window, with a background of mess and cardboard boxes behind the glass. The person who told me to go promptly ignores us completely for about 10 minutes. He then walks up, no greeting, and says if you're checking in I need your license and credit card (in the tone youre probably imagining). Takes both away, out of the room for a good 5 minutes then comes back tells me to sign something that shows more than expedia sold it to me for and hands me a key, when I aks where the room is he simply said "over on the left". Get to the room, it's about what I expected - a place to sleep, outdated, the bed is 5/10 (which isn't terrible), and a downright creepy painting of some weird combination of a fantasy castle, some Disney characters obviously not drawn by Disney, along with some lord of the rings style water scenes thrown in for good measure). After paying LESS for a place closer to Disney the past two days and it being 20x better (but not available that third night), I can only say this - cross the road. It's night and day.

The room is 5 stars. The whole hotel was renovated recently I guess, and the room was perfect. I was very impressed. Parking was easy, with EV charging. Staff were very friendly. The only bad thing, for me, was breakfast. Only bread and waffle with butter or grape jelly, fruit loops, frosty flakes and Raisin Bran. Banana and yogurt. No eggs, potatoes or sausage/bacon. But if I need to, I will stay there again.
