Great family hotel close to Disney. Breakfast buffet was really good, little restaurant within the hotel had good food, reasonable prices. Front desk staff were extremely friendly. Would come here for our next Disney holiday.

Well front desk when I checked in the girl was rude when i called for toiletries I had to call like 3 times before they brought them up to the room same for towels I called for the ice machine they didn’t know were it was located well we stayed in the 4th floor ice machine is next to laundry room my husband had to look for it we had a kitchen in ate room I asked if I can get paper towels never got to are room

Great family hotel for Disney visitors!
Loved this property. Very family friendly room with a lot of space, friendly staff, and a clean hotel. They have security patrol the outside grounds and parking garage entrance/exit at night and they lock the lobby doors at night (room key will get you in) for security. The restaurants on site are open from noon to midnight (but we didn't use them so can't comment on the quality. The rooms were quiet- hardly could hear neighbors. We LOVED the short walk to Disney, very very easy to navigate.

Location is good you are surrounded by convenient stores to grab snacks and drinks or any hygiene items you forgot to pack. Plenty of places to eat, the hotel has a cafe type place that offers a variety of food. The breakfast is decent, my complaint is they don't offer lids for the coffee and breakfast is served from 6:30-10:00 which we didn't get to take advantage of the days we went to Disneyland and California Adventure due to we like to be in line early so a 6am breakfast start would have been Great. The beds are not the most comfortable and the blankets pretty much consist of two sheets covering a blanket which may be their version of a comforter. The dining room tables are hard metal, the bathroom is small. Our window faced the 7-11 which could be noisy at times. Nice wall curtain to block out the sun that comes through the living room shutters.

I was a bit uncomfortable late at night with the bus stop and 711 right there but the convenience of the 711 walgreens and CVS was also nice. Disneyland park was right down the street about a 10 min walk. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. The breakfast was a full continental breakfast and others in my party, stayed at other hotels in the area and they complained about their breakfast Or the fact that there was not a complementary breakfast.

Rooms were big. We had a room with a bunk bed and a room with a kitchen. Lots of space for luggage, kids play time, adults to hang out. Very convenient location with options for food around the area and grocery shopping (Walgreens) if you need to get anything for snacks or necessities. It’s a short 10-15minute walk to Disney. Highly recommend for Disney accommodations.

Just terrible.
This hotel had our Air Conditioner locked at 70 degrees the whole trip. I called as soon as we got in the room and again several hours later. They just offered us a fan. For $300 per night I don’t want to sleep with a fan. The sink was also clogged and with multiple calls was never resolved. We got a $50 credit for the discomfort of the trip after we checked out. I will never stay here again.
