We went for the Disneyland experience. It was about a 20 minute walk. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Desk staff were very pleasant. We would stay here again.

The bed was good, needed some repair

We were treated so poorly by front desk staff!!!! It’s a terribly long story. Had many issues with housekeeping as well. Will never stay here again and will warn people not to give them any business.

The lobby and the restaurant was clean and organized , the rooms were kind of clean , there lots of dust in the curtains and surfaces. Refrigerator worked not too well, our food was still warm all night.

The beds were WAY too small, rooms have a rundown vibe (mold under tiling caulk in tub, carpet looks like it needs to be replaced, drapes very old school etc). It needs a renovation. Even the lobby was small. Good location near Disneyland. About a 25 minute walk from the lobby to the front gates of the park. Breakfast was overpriced per person (21 USD a day) and not very good. Just get breakfast in the park. Rooms were overpriced for what you’re getting. They only do your bed if you ask the front desk. What are they going into the room to do if not the beds?

There were a mice on my room, nobody cleaned the restroom in my 5 days of stay I saw the mice poop there since day 1 !!

The only good thing about this is the location being around a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. The building is old, THE WALLS ARE THIN, AND YOU WILL EASILY HEAR PEOPLE BESIDE YOU AND ABOVE. When the fireworks went off at 9:30 every night I thought a bomb went off. Some parts are very loud. We also had some stains on the floor. Bedding was clean. But since the building is old, the staff state they have an old key card system. Most of the time our key cards did not work for either rooms. Which is super infuriating when you’re out and about all day and tired and come back and cannot get it and have to constantly get new key cards. Me and my friend both got separate rooms and in both rooms the bathroom faucet leaked constantly and did not drain properly. Therefore, you would be standing in a foot of water when you showered. The food at the restaurant was not good, apparently “nachos” means Doritos covered in cheese whiz. An added charge is $26 per night for your car parking. $6 for shuttle only to Disneyland but you can walk the 15 minutes. The hot tub was not really hot, The gym was OK. Overall, the only benefit of staying here is the location.

Staff let us sit at the computer for an hour trying to print our Disney tickets. Never bothered to tell us the printer wasn’t working. Unnecessary frustration that could have easily been avoided with a little attentiveness and concern.

When we got back from Disneyland late at night, the bed sheets, pillow cases, comforter were missing. We had to call front desk and they sent someone up to bring us new sheets, but then we had to make the bed ourselves after a long day. It ended up being midnight before we got to sleep. Also, it seemed housekeeping threw away our clean plates, silverware, a bunch of bananas, coffee, and other items we had on our table. We were planning on using/eating them throughout our stay. We had a copy of a map, bus routes, other info, and spare room key sitting on the counter and when we got back from Disneyland, it too got thrown out.

It has been several years since we stayed here. We chose this hotel this time because the one we usually stay at was booked. Check in went smoothly, staff was nice. The room was quiet, I did not hear any neighbors at all and I know the hotel was pretty full. Plenty of parking. I am to a fan of the $26 a day parking fee but I knew it when booking. Like I said, I have not been here for a few years. The room felt dated. A hotel room with carpet these days just seems outdated. The coffee maker still had the K-cup in from the last guest. The hair dryer did not work. The shower curtain does not want to stay closed at all, both sides just keep sliding into the middle and water gets all over the bathroom floor. The room was fine for what we needed it for, just wish it was a little more updated.
