The stay was fine. I didn’t like how they tried to charge my card as I was literally driving there for my stay even when I chose “pay at property” when I reserved it. The card didn’t go through and their response was “oh we like to try and charge the card before the stay, but don’t worry, it didn’t go through”

For 4days stay only clean our room once, you need to call/request gor it! Did not even bother to make the bed! Tries to charge for different/expensive rate room! Because of their booking imcompetence! And said there’s no more room available. Caught them red handed, because i can clearly see the same room available at cheaper price! Parking should be an oftion upon booking! Not during check in supprise.

This location is close if you dont mind walking to and from disney, the parking is just as expensive if not more. The hotel is pretty outdated as are the rooms but you get what you pay for, overall its not a bad place to stay in especially if you are spending the whole day out and about but what I didnt like is that the room was not cleaned at all. I expected at minimum a change of towels but all that was done was the trash was taken out the beds and bathrooms were completely untouched. Also take your own water because they do not provide any even as an option in the room and the vending machines were sold out.

Our stay was very nice and comfortable. The only complaint i have is that they charged us for overnight parking. I think if youre paying to book a room you should be able to park at no charge.
