First, I appreciated the front desk clerk allowing me to check-in 2.5 hours early! I didn't expect the room to be ready that early, but it was. That was a nice surprise! I also like that self-parking was so easy. In and out was convenient. The room offered plenty of space for my wife, child and me. It also offered a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. That was nice. The room felt dated. It could use a face lift. Also, we found hair in our sink upon walking in. The hotel is very close to Disney and the convention center. Both are easily within walking distance. I may consider staying again because the staff was pleasant and the location is amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lulu BW Premier, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and the thoughtful touches truly stood out. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect, answering questions, providing recommendations, and always with a warm smile. The location was fantastic—conveniently close to everything yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. Lulu for the Win!
We arrived earlier than check in time, but when we asked to see if there was a room the front desk clerk was extremely accommodating. She checked and found a room for us asap. We had enough time to rest before starting our vacation. The room was spacious and acoomodated our family well. The distance from the parks (and the ART stop right out front) made it the perfect choice for us. We will be staying here again!

Check in system was down when we arrived, had to wait half hour before we can check in. Surprised by $32 per day parking charge. Compensated 1 day free parking because of delay. Room was average, needs updating. TV had analog direct TV signal in the age of HD. Bathtub drains slowly. Housekeeping staff are friendly. Hotel is a convenient 15 min walk to Disneyland. CVS and Walgreens close by. Would stay here if price is better but if all things are equal, stay at another hotel.
