Loved the drive-up capability directly to the room. We were on the first floor and were able to park right in front of the room and walk a few feet to our door. This made moving luggage and children, extremely easy. The room was very clean upon arrival. The wall-unit HVAC system worked really well for heat at night and cool air during the day. The refrigerator was big and roomy. The bathroom was clean. Overall, great experience. Only complaint was that the doors were hard to close from the outside so we had to forcibly close it, causing much rattling throughout the walls. We felt it while we were on the inside when others were closing their doors. It was a bit of a disturbance at night when we were trying to sleep.

A little on the noisy side for the room we stayed in could here cars doing burn outs in the parking garage down the street from us that started at 11:30 until 2:00 am :( Room was clean except for the cockroaches in the bathroom :(

Property is older, but refurbished inside. Clean, convenient and cost was awesome! We didn’t spend much time in the room, but man was it nice to be able to come back to a nice room at the end of a long day at Disneyland!! We were able to walk to Disneyland in the morning, stopping on the way for a coffee. Overall, excellent value!

Great hotel
We are Disney pass holders so we like to come up for a night or two every now and then and the Kings inn has been great. My son had a licensed service dog and they have no issues with him never had an issue even though pets are not allowed. Only downside would be the parking structure next door and the stupid kids that think it’s a racetrack and or reving their engines to set off car alarms

Second time staying here, and it hasn’t disappoint
The room looks clean and presentable, no residues or mess from previous stay. Towels, soaps were refilled while we were gone as well as our beds made throughout the day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Comfortable. Enough for a family visit to the area
I said no room service, but local businesses were able to provide services. The worst issue is that I found the shower water pressure was a bit low. Other than that, two thumbs up. Two queen beds, which is exactly what we needed. No elevator to the 2nd floor, FYI, but we were on the ground floor, which was great. I would recommend, and I will return.
