the hotel itself and facilities was acceptable, the front of house staff amenable but the expense incurred by back of house staff handling of confused booking for tired travellers and the unwillingness to be flexible has left us out of pocket with no course for any assistance means we will avoid using any Hilton services again, no matter how conveniently located

Nice hotel to stay at if you want to be at the airport. Front desk was friendly and efficient, rooms were clean and the bed is comfortable. Would have given a higher rating but there are slight maintenance issues (water slightly leaking from sink tap and overhead rain shower fixture).

Although a little tired in places, the hotel room was spacious, clean well designed. The meals were extremely good and the friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff was excellent - the most welcome I have felt in a long time!

It was 25c in our room. Despite multiple attempts, I was able to lower it by no more than half a degree. I complained to the manager in the morning and he acted as though it was out of the norm, however, at breakfast our kids told me both of their rooms had the same issue.

This property is situated at Terminal 4 of the Heathrow Airport and is connected by a walkway. It is quiet and close and what we were looking for while having to stay overnight waiting for a flight. The concierge is extremely friendly and helpful and made awesome suggestions on what to do with our few extra hours before our flight.

Adequate, but overpriced
Good room. Mattress was somewhat stiff, and could definitely benefit from a memory foam mattress topper. Restaurant offered the worst ham and cheese sandwich ever-tasteless ham, disgusting white bread, and overpriced. Burgers were also tasteless. I know it’s the UK,, but please increase meat quality and season your meats. Bland food is an awful UK tradition, Front desk service was officious with limited warmth and minimal information. Notable highlight was the older bellhop who kindly offered to transport my wife and I (avec baggage) to terminal 4 via golf-cart.

The Hilton Heathrow is an excellent property and the staff was quite helpful. It’s important you know where it is in relationship to the various airport terminals.
