The staff will go out of their way to assist with anything you need. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Do take note of the limited parking especially during busy periods. Breakfast is great however the dinner option is limited to pizza and 2 pasta choices.

Great hotel for our purposes, but not impressed with the breakfast: no eggs by 7-30 am, and no vegetarian sausages, unless I wanted to wait 15 minutes :/

A fantastic hotel if you are wanting a city break to Bath. Under 20 mins walk from the train station, 10 mins to the shops and about 40 mins to The Boathouse (if you fancy a go on a katakanu/sup board/boat cruise). Special hotel shout-outs to Adrien and Olivier (for always being cheerful) and Kira (for helping us stealthily get hot chocolate in the evenings! 😉).

Had no big expectation but were surprised at the overall experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, washrooms are clean. Staff were excellent from front desk to the restaurant. Parking on the property is a huge plus. I would happily pay the 15 GBP to not have to go look for parking elsewhere.

On a busy road but room was quiet. Air cooler not air conditioning. Unfortunately my air cooler leaked water which woke me up. Safe friendly & apologetic over leak & tried to fix it but same thing happened again. About a 15 minute walk to town centre & 20 minute walk to train station. Breakfast was good with lots on offer to eat.

Classic HIE, but really overpriced (£15 for night) parking even it is not so close to the historic centre... In Portsmouth Pembroke road we pay £5, in Cambridge it was free...
