Airport hotels can be fairly basic - but this one is awesome. Comfortable bed and an easy walk to T5, with great facilities! Small negative the hairdryer did not work (room 1021) but otherwise perfect.

Everything just seemed tired and worn out. The room did not seem fresh and welcoming. I think it's probably time for a freshening up. Maybe it was the nude colors that just made things seem dark and gloomy.

Always a convenient place to stay for an early departure from T5. A typical airport hotel but it does have the advantage of an easy walk into the terminal and down to the underground. I was able to be in London 30 minutes from being in my room.
