Neat and tidy- perfect for our stopover where we just needed a bed for the night. Could hear the road traffic at the start of the night but didn’t bother us as we slept

Check in staff did not charge credit card fee, and took 20 minutes to try and fix. Finally gave up and said would email my receipt which I have not received. Given a single queen bed room when booked a 2 bed double. Office closed and property fully booked so unable to change. VERY Annoying, will never stay there again.

The property is conveniently located from the motorway and staff are accommodating. The rooms are very clean and tidy and secure, but a little dated and maintenance needed, eg washers replace as tap keeps dripping and sink doesn’t drain easily

You get what what you paid for.$140 for overnight stay -fam of 4. Pool was dirty but not many other people would want to swim in Winter. Bathroom was clean, sheets clean. Queen bed soft and given room right next to road so abit noisy- many other rooms available but probably more expensive but would be quieter -positioned away from main rd. Staff friendly -didn’t eat at the restaurant. It was ok

when checked in the our has no hot water told to run tap for half hour for hot water still no joy. Moved to second room the AC was not working told to keep restarting still no heat on freezing night . moved to third room and we were told to it was executive room and it was no better than previous 2 rooms . would not recommend to anyone. Don't stay here .

The rooms are clean. Beds are very comfortable and the shower is strong. It's not a flash motel but we have stayed here quite a few times now and it meets our needs well. We have stayed in others in Campbelltown and we find this the best value.
