i would recommend to have shuttle for the guest from airport to the hotel and back. This will help tourist not to go through hassle of airport public transport.

Third time at Haven in the last year. Nacho and Samuel are fabulous. If you do the Serenity rooms, you are absolutely catered to. Beach is quiet and you don't get harassed by vendors. Super safe property and an activity schedule if that's your thing.

Property was secluded and very safe. Had alot of amenities on the property along with taxi services on site. (Which came in handy when my pre booked transportation never showed up to take us to the airport), service was amazing. Swim out pool was beautiful. Only dislikes were the beach was not clean. They try to clean it but its not good enough. And everything is so far away. For some thats ideal, serenity, but if you want to enjoy a little night life in cancun it will run you 100$ or more. Other then that our trip was amazing. Minor things to be honest

Everything was awesome! Especially the staff. Only complaint we had was the buffet wasn’t great, and the walls are very thin in the rooms, so you can hear neighbors late at night.

Beautiful grounds. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The multiple pools were clean and poolside drink service was excellent. There are several dining options so there was lots of variety, though the quality of the food was spotty. Better at the sit-down restaurants than at the buffet. There also are multiple bars to choose from. We had a great massage at the spa. We also had the hydrotherapy experience which was interesting. Overall a really relaxing and enjoyable way to spend Christmas week.
