Beautiful resort with amazing staff! We had a wonderful 5 days here and would definitely return. The swim out rooms are where it’s at and we will never book a different room. Resort was clean , drinks and food were yummy. We loved getting room service daily to avoid the buffet which was sub par but all the food at the restaurants was great.

Didnt like the transportation options feom and to the resort. Property was and environment was nice and kept. Great option if you you only want to experience Cancun in a resort setting only.

During the day, there were many places to relax and feel like you weren't around a lot of people, or you could go have a bit of fun and meet new people at the main pool. I felt like it was the best of both worlds and enough space to do so. At night, you could have a quiet night up at the Limes bar or other places around the property, or hangout after the nightly show and stay for the DJ, or go to Docks bar. The bartenders at Docks were awesome and entertaining!! We enjoyed going there at night. The staff, for the most part, was very attentive. It wasn't too often that we felt like we were waiting too long for anything. We had a swimout ocean front room. Amazing!! Our butler was great and the waiters came around very often throughout the day. No complaints at all. We enjoyed our vacation and would certainly go back.

Friendliest service, all the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Food was great for a resort, good restaurant options. Online app made it easy to book reservations, see what services were open, and locate places on the map as we familiarized ourselves. Pools scene was nicest I've enjoyed at any resort and very fun. Ocean front beach was private, and the water did not have too much seaweed. Room was clean and comfortable with an outdoor jacuzzi on the spacious patio.

This property is absolutely beautiful, very relaxing but with places to let loose. Food was excellent, bar service was great! We loved it. We would certainly return. I loved the beach, it had some trees and some shade so it felt very naturalized but still had lots of sun. Perfect sand. I just loved everything about it here.
