Usual decent service from this hotel. Bar food average but ok. Room clean and comfortable. Only downside was I wanted a bath but the plug was broken. I took a shower and the shower attachment was flopping about. Needs tightening up. It’s only minor but needs pointing out.

Great Staff in Great Hotel
Nice kind very efficient staff had issue with my room they change it immediately without arguing ! Very private professional , they know their business very well ! They put guest above all ! Very comfortable rooms nicely decorated like upscale hotel should be ! Very close to airport few meters but no noise very good window insonorisation ! Nice views of airport and Liverpool estuaire ! Will defiantly return and recommend to others !

Good stay but parking issue
Excellent location and good value (when on offer). Enjoyed the stay however had a problem finding the hotel/car park. There are no signs how to get to the hotel and could easily end up on another car park on the ground flood (and get charged extra). No hotel phone number on tbe booking to call them. Also no info on hotel website on where to park.

Very convenient for short trips out of Liverpool.
We stayed 2 nights to make our trip to Dublin extra convenient. We booked a Queen bed room 301 but the bed was a double at best. The breakfast was good especially being included in the price. The car park is £12 for 24 hours when staying at the hotel which I couldn’t find this information before our stay.

The hotel is dated and soulless. In bed we were either frozen from the arctic a/c or sweating from the cheap polyester linen. The complementary breakfast was poor, the only hot item (a waffle) just leaked all over the counter top. Staff were dis-interested and shouted at each other at 05.30 in the morning from the reception to restaurant. The hotel lacks competition, we won’t ever stay or recommend this hotel again.
