Great area to stay and great service
Very happy to let me into the room 5 hours early rather than store baggage. Very accommodating for an hour extra checkout. Great room and view. Great overall!

I loved the location of this property as it is centrally located to the great areas on San Francisco with walkable distances to great food and shopping (i.e. Chinatown, all the piers). However, the building, bathroom are quite old. I was frustrated by the the shower temperature fluctuation of either cold or too hot water and the elevators during peak morning rush hour taking extremely long to arrive. I did at one point take the stairs from the 14th floor down due to them taking forever. The cleaning staff was so kind and polite. The front desk was average service. I did not try the food, coffee, or use the parking so I cannot speak to it.
