Everything was great except the fact that I was told and promised a bath tub. I almost moved to another hotel. When I booked the trip, I specifically asked for a tub. Other than that it was a great stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful during check in. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. There were only 2 towels in our room, 5 of us, we requested additional towels but never got them. The A/C never cooled down below 70, even after turning it down to 68/65/50. The staff running the breakfast bar was fantastic, friendly, and took pride in his job.

I love the area and my suit had master bedroom seperate from the main area, my only issue was i could everytime someone flushed the toilet on another floor because i can hear going down pipe in bathroom wall and that went on of course all day. Other than that my stay was great.

When I arrived at the property I was given a different room and I didnā€™t receive the one I booked . The room I received was not clean at all the tub was stained with dirt. The free breakfast was not tasty .it tasted overcooked. Overall it was not the best stay and I feel it could have been better if I did receive the room I initially booked at first .
