Excellent location to explore Liverpool
aThe room we booked was really comfortable and clean on arrival. We were called and told that we could check in early the day before arrival, but on arrival we were told that it was a busy night and the room wasn’t ready. It wasn’t a problem because the gentleman on reception was super helpful and very friendly. He gave us a discount code for the shopping centre car park and we explored city centre because the location of this hotel is perfect! All the staff were friendly and helpful, we asked for more towels and they were on the beds in 5 minutes. The kitchen had all the facilities you could need for an overnight stay and was a really great addition.

Stayed with girlfriends for a christmas shopping trip and night out. Had a lovely apartment sized room with kitchen and jacuzzi bath. It was Clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Roof top bar is currently closed. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel room was dirty, bathroom tiles full of grime, curtains hanging down from rail. Asked to be moved room, no apology offered, told the other room to offer was the only other roo. Available which was worst than the first. Dirty stained carpets, dust everywhere. Questionable stains around bed, windows and windowsills filthy and not able to be opened.
