Great experience. Well Located and exceptionally clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue being very picky was having to wait for a parking space, but it only took 30mins. Overall one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Liverpool.

Location was good for us as just a 5 min walk into town, staff were very friendly and welcoming, room was clean and had what we needed , a few more tea and coffees would of been nice but we were only there one night so it was fine as we had breakfast which was excellent and plenty of choice, we would stay there again

Lovely place with friendly staff. The bar was under staffed so service was slow. Restaurant food was excellent and very efficient.
