I Have stayed at this location several times now and always have a pleasant experience.I am glad to say that the customer service is back up to the standard it was at when I first stayed there(after a decline the last time I stayed).All staff that I encountered were polite friendly and attentive.whilst there an issue happen that was related to a disability that I have and I am glad to say that it was delt with promptly, professionally and with understanding by all members of staff involved..I highly recommend this property to everybody.

Had 5 nights here and was 100% happy. Had an issue with the washing machine but the manager and Danielle were fantastic. Danielle washed my clothes and dried them for me and also gave me a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. Walking distance to train, bus stations, grocery and plenty of shops to buy from. Plenty of eating places as well. Would I stay again, definitely.

On the first day, a terrible observation that one used condom had been found in new bath towels. I tried to report to Management and waited for the results. They refunded me one day's rent as an apology but still had trauma in my head.

We really loved the apartment. It was big, clean and beautiful. It had everything we would need and more. The only thing I would like it to have is a window or better air vent in the bathroom. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our staying.

Second time staying at this property. Standards dont seem as high as the last time I stayed,but that is understandable as the standards were very high last time.we still had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.if I was to make any complaints they would be trivial and not worth mentioning here...apart from regarding the breakfast.If it comes with you room then it is perfectly adequate, however, dont purchase as an add on or I suspect you will be very disappointed.

Nice area. Close to the high street, a few restaurants and train station. I strongly dislike that there is no natural light in the suite based on the way the rooms are designed. The windows face out to an exterior wall corridor and you canā€™t even see the sky or skylight. We donā€™t know if itā€™s sunny or cloudy outside. You canā€™t open your curtains completely because the exterior wall corridor has everyone elseā€™s windows facing yours and no privacy. Our living area is very dark during day hours (like if it was night time outside) and you must have on the interior lights. Itā€™s dingy and depressing, like being in a dungeon! Rooms are only cleaned every 8 days, I was told by reception. Thatā€™s a huge inconvenience also to not have the suite vacuumed, bed linens changed, etc. for more than a week.

Stayed in double bed appartment. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds i have slept in. Very comfortable. The room was well appointed with cooking, crockery and cutlery. The appartment was 5 minutes walk from Sutton station plus well appointed shopping area. No problems staying there again!!
