The initial booking was absolutely fine, upon arrival still seemed like the area was very nice being in Canary Wharf. The hotel up on entry, was dated, I saw two mice in the area near the bar, the staff gave off a very negative energy like I was a real inconvenience. The room was badly decorated (room 926) and the bed also broke with a wheel basically derailing!! The window on the ninth floor was literally hanging on for its life by a screw, which in turn caused issues with a draft coming through and making it cold. I do have photos upon request should anyone feel like getting back to me. This made a 40th birthday celebration very dank!

Their security deposit returning time is too much. They take up to 14days to return it. Also they don’t have noice cancellation system. We can hear sound from the next room. Perhaps those the room is ok, well decorated,cleaned. I will rate 7/10

Terrible hotel. Where to start? The room was small and smelled dirty. The windows didn’t open and there was no ventilation. Stains on the toilet floor which looked like it hadn’t had a good clean for a while. The shower was hard to control so it was either hot or cold. The room wasn’t cleaned in the 3 nights I was there. Had to move on last night due to water coming through the ceiling of the toilet. Breakfast was disgusting. Sausages and bacon looked like they were deep fried with grease dripping from them. WiFi was not free despite paying nearly £150 a night. Choose somewhere else.

Breakfast cheap food and overcooked and then left there for hours. Bed uncomfortable and burn marks in floor. Bathroom door would not close. 15 minute wait on check in whilst staff just talked to each other. Rooms not made up daily. Overall avoid this hotel much better hotels for similar price

Overall it was pretty good! Charging £7 for Wifi per device is a real con though, that did leave a bad taste in the mouth and was a bit of a grubby cash-grab. Other than that, it was good and you get what you pay for. Staff were ok, the guy I spoke to on the frontdesk wasn't particularly clear and eloquent with communication when checking me in and I had to ask him to clarify what he was saying a few times, but for how much I paid, it was comfortable.
