When we arrived there was a urine oder. For a little while and it dessipated Thank god Maybe a homeless person pee And when i look out the door a junky was getting is fix on the street wher there is a door at the other hotel, thank god the kids didn’t look out the window. So a rough start

We paid a fortune to stay at Sea Blue Hotel and it was very convenient for the beach and pier. The room was not great though - a comfy bed, but the bedspread and towels were greyish (meant to be white). The mini fridge was not very cold and the bathroom was dirty. There was a long black hair in the wash basin and the tiles were very dusty. This hotel needs some care.

All staff were friendly and some gave valuable insights about the area. Room was clean and spacious enough for four people. The bathroom is on the small side. For a double queen room, it makes sense to add at least one more luggage rack. The air conditioning is barely felt because it is located in the other entry area facing the bedroom but the vents face up nit straight. The fab in the room helped but was too much at night as we got dry throats middle of the night. Need a different type if ac unit to face forward. It is old so could replace with a better designed one. The direct access to the beach through a courtyard has two flights of stairs. It locked feom the outside to prevent people entering. So going back to the hotel, you need to go up the side street which is steep for handicap person. Use a different parallel street. The store has common necessities and beach towels with the hotel name. Surprisingly, it was quite at night even on a main street. Would stay there again.

The room description said "separate bedroom". There was no door on the second bedroom. The beds were soft but kinda lumpy. The pillows were fluffy but also lumpy. You are right on ocean ave and apparently its super cool to rev your engine super loud RIGHT bu THIS hotel. Not the hotels fault by any means bit you still need to be aware of it. ALSO*** THERE IS A $29 PARKING FEE PER NIGHT.

Great location.
Fantastic location which was expensive but being able to see the beach and pier from the balcony is worth it. Bed small and a little uncomfortable for my taste but ok. Nice area to sit and coffee in the lobby area.

It's right by the beach, perfect but no parking. It is too inconvinience to go for a mile to park. Hotel lobby is extremely small. Staff took off for lunch when I needed to pick my belongings.
