Great Location
This unit was very comfortable and in a great location. There were only 2 small negatives. I think their vacuum cleaner is not powerful enough to really clean the carpets & when trying to find the remote control we looked under the cushions in the living room and they were very dirty. We could not get the heater to work. Luckily there was a small portable heater that helped with the chill. Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed being so close to everything.

Air Conditioning wasn't working, and temperatures were above 30 degrees. The pull-out sofa (bed) had no sheets available. The outside table setting on balcony was very dirty. The hot water system was not adequate. Bedroom door to the balcony was not lockable. Bathroom light above mirror incessantly flickered. It appears this unit has had no Maintenace done in a long time.

Very disappointing that the air conditioner did not work at all during our stay. It was 36 degrees when we stayed on both nights and to have no air conditioner made our experience very uncomfortable. We were unable to sleep due to the hot temperature in our room.

Property maintenance is poor,aircon failure,temperature in room reached 30 degrees,bathroom exhaust fan inoperable and dirty,power outlet beside bed right hand side jammed shut and pool and spa both contaminated around high water level on walls. Not a good outcome and disappointing to travel from country Victoria to experience this.
