Overall, decent enough.
Overall it was a decent enough stay. Location was excellent! Room was average - we booked a bed plus a sofa bed (for our daughter), which we had to setup ourselves… no bedding had even been provided! Staff seemed shocked that I had asked them to setup the bed - even went as far to say “well obviously you have to set it up”. I don’t think I’ve ever had to do this in any hotel I’ve stayed in… not a huge deal, but a bit lacking in service. AC in room was pretty average too, especially in the height of summer. Overall hotel condition was a little shabby but fine. Lift broke down whilst we were in it which was a little scary, and when I told the receptionist the lift was broken (after getting out), she just said “well if you’re not comfortable using the lift the use the stairs…”! She didn’t seem to understand it was broken! Decent free parking onsite which is handy. Pool seemed good too (we didn’t use it). Overall I would say a decent enough place to sleep whilst exploring Naples during the day. Probably wouldn’t return though.
