The rooms in hallway, smell funny. The toilet ran all night you need insulated glass windows, so we don't listen to the street and the airplanes all night like the Hyatt. The bathrooms are too small and the beds are too soft . You need a restaurant that's enclosed although your menu looks very good and the decorations are nice in the rooms and the hallway In short, we won't be staying at your place again.

Nice getaway overlooking the Bat
Adrian at the Front Desk is very nice! This is an older property but very well kept. Bed is comfortable and our suite is very spacious!

Located close to downtown but walking to it not that easy as road is impossible to cross, it also is very noisy day and night, often sirens. My room was not cleaned till 3pm - that’s when a cleaning staff knocked and I told them 5 min, was out in 2 and the woman saw me, but room never got cleaned. It was cold one evening so I turned the heat on - had to turn off immediately and open the window to air out horrible burning smell. Bed seemed comfortable and rest of the staff friendly.
