Israel at the front desk was amazing. He was very welcoming and provided us with useful information about the town and how to get around. He was attentive and even offered to assist us with a cart for our bags. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay

The drinks vouchers were waiting for us when we got home after our night out so we didn’t get to use them. The guy at check in was very nice and pleasant. The elevator was slow and there wasn’t easy access to stairs as an alternative.

Great location, first room had water leaking through ceiling. Second room was on first floor by the stairwell which was noisy due to the elevators not working. Staff was great tho!
