We had a wedding to attend at 2pm, i kindly asked for an earlier check in to make sure we could get ready, the staff was very rude and said they couldnt do that and yet check out was mandatory 10am, earliest they could do was 1pm, we were in a rush the moment we arrived. Room is basic so i guess it marries the price.

The perfect place to stay for an early morning start to a long trip. Quiet, comfortable, and clean - the lady at Reception was extra-helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this!

Our stay here was extremely low priced but the room was great, clean, nice - one queen bed plus one single bed, so could easily fit 3 people. AND when we arrived back to the hotel at 2am and realised that we had locked pur key inside the room, the owner cheerfully answered the phone & got out of bed & came down & let us into our toom. So we didn't have to sleep in our car!! Now that's service.

We stayed at Narellan Motor Inn recently with our 2x small dogs. We were later to check in than we’d planned… but on arrival we were given waters, milks and the run down on the place/area. On arrival to the room we were pleased to see they had provided 2x dog beds and blankets for our dogs in the bedroom. The apartment was clean, tidy, and completely functional in every way - exactly what we were after! I would definitely recommend this property especially if you have fur babies like us! We were very impressed with the accomodation and would happily return if down this way again :)
