Clean hotel rooms, twio large queen beds with a single sink in the bathroom. Filter coffee machine in the room with one decaf and one regular coffee bag which goes in the machine. Large flat screen to where you can add your own Netflix details, account details are cleared upon checkout or you can manually sign-out. Views from the room are not ideal. Either looking at the car park next door where you can overhear the locals breaking into cars and the car alarms sounding or over the courtyard of the in and out burger chain. Location is fantastic, moments walk from local restaurants. Avoid the local shop onsite next to reception and the food for breakfast on the onsite cafe is expensive and not great tasting. Lots of options close by. For the location, I would stay here again.

I Liked everything except the bathroom area in the room. Need bathroom for senior especially the commode too low to floor and in the middle of vanity. Otherwise the hotel was clean staff friendly very convenient to attractions.

Hotel was great. The only issue of the side we stayed on (facing beach st) was the garbage trucks collecting garbage at 4am. That isn’t the hotels fault at all.

We loved the location, so easy to walk to fisherman's wharf and to the cable car which goes to Lombard street, union square, Chinatown. Car rental offices right nextdoor which was ideal for dropping off our Avis car when we arrived in SF. Room was comfortable, clean, good shower. The only minor inconvenience about the hotel was the bin collections outside at 3-4am (but appreciate the hotel has no control over that). Otherwise, we found it perfect

The hotel itself was fine, and the staff were definitely a highlight - everyone we spoke to on the front desk was polite, friendly and super helpful. We got some great recommendations for places to eat! Our room felt a little dark and perhaps dated. Perfectly clean on arrival so no issues there. Area felt safe, and we chose it to be away from downtown. The problem was the outside noise. We were here for 5 nights. Every night without fail around 1am and again around 4.30am there was noise on the street - normally something to do with the homeless raiding bins, or cleaning lorries or bin lorries in the early hours. Not the hotels fault, but when you're jet lagged, having interrupted sleep is the worst. It might be better in other parts of the hotel - perhaps on the inside of the square. We tried earplugs but this didn't really help. Our room faced Beach St. If the noise wasn't an issue, would be a 4/5 and we'd happily stay there again. If your number one priority is a quiet night, perhaps look elsewhere.

The hotel, rooms and staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. It would have been much more convenient if there was breakfast included. We found meals in this area very expensive. Being close to the strip it was very noisy at night. Loud cars racing up and down the main strip until early hours. Cops didn't do anything. But the hotel was great.
