The hotel is in a great location for Fisherman’s Wharf and parking was easy. Rooms were comfortable and clean and staff at the desk, valet parking and cleaning staff were all very polite and helpful. We asked to check in a couple of hours early and our rooms were ready for us which was great. Would recommend if you want to explore the Bay Area. The area felt safe and there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Everything and everyone was great. Some confusion at check in as they did not show any payment received but Expedia had sent me an email and receipt stating I had already paid half. They explained things and I believe everything is fine but will check my credit card statements

I liked the location as it was only a block from the piers. They provided a well stocked full breakfast each morning too. The room was very nice with crisp white soft sheets and comfortable well padded beds. The one negative is the cost of parking. The hotel charges $65.00 per night that I don't believe was mentioned when I booked online. The room itself was a very good price so maybe combined with parking it was comparable to surrounding locations? I don't know but next time I will look into the parking cost instead of being caught by surprise upon my arrival.
