I requested things that the hotel had listed as options that were for free. These things were not delivered to my room. I called to note that they were not delivered and asked that they be, but a second time they were not delivered. The hotel itself was nice, the surrounding area was decent, and the valet parking was nice. However, my husband and I could barley sleep from how uncomfortable their bed was. Specially the pillows, very flat, uncomfortable. You can also hear when your neighbors talk loud or play loud music, or even flush the toilet. Very thin walls.

Some of the staff was not very friendly especially the lady who checked us in. The property itself was okay. Mostly clean but a little older. You definitely pay for the location, but it’s very walkable and a surprisingly flat area compared to the rest of the city.

Minutes from Fisherman's Wharf and shops; Hop on/Hop off bus stop also just a couple blocks away. Room was great, but bathroom could have been better i.e., sliding doors didn't line up, so privacy was compromised. Also, when flushing the toilet handle it sounded like someone dropped a plate on tile flooring! A/C was loud as well. The Hotels.com website showed all fees and taxes were included in the cost, but we were charged $40+ per day in various city "destination" fees.
