I was told parking was free, then had to pay $30 per day. Property was nothing like the on line pictures, it was very outdated and in need of repairs. My wife and i couldnt sleep the whole night we stayed there because of noises inside and outside the motel. I paid for 2 nights, but packed up and left after the first. The room itself was clean, but it was in need of many repairs. The heater in the room was very loud as well.

This hotel is in poor condition. I felt a bit unsafe. The mattres was bumpy and very uncomfortable. The heater was insanely loud and we decided to keep it off to be able to sleep, but there were no blankets and we were freezing cold. Pillows were horrible. 0/10. Do not recommend this place.

Fits the need and location is perfect for touring.
Location was perfect. The bed needs to be replaced. Most outlets did not work and we could not plug in the coffee maker because it pulled too much power. But there was a Starbucks right around the corner. They charged $40 a day for parking which I thought was a lot. But our car was behind a gate the whole stay. It fits the need if you are going to be out in the city most of the time.

You can not control your heat or air in the room. You have to ask staff to turn it on, and they like doing that. WiFi is spotty and not secure.

Great location, it’s centrally located at Fisherman’s Wharf, what more can I say. Room is very comfy. Important note: parking is no longer free. This is a recent change, so older reviews state the old policy. Rooms need some renovation, but not really an issue.

Overall, I had a good experience. The hotel is conveniently placed near by public transportation, additionally the wharf is really nice. However, on our first night, we noticed that the shower wasn’t draining. We contacted staff and that was promptly fixed. I wished that the photos reflected that there’s no natural light in the room (there is one window but it’s to the hallway, hence no sunlight). It was obviously not a deal-breaker, just unexpected because the pictures when booking the stay all had windows with natural sunlight. Again, it was a decent stay overall.

Visited in November, place was cold. Turned heater on and then too hot. Water temperature unreliable, so did not use shower. Hair, not ours on pillow. Last visitors keys on table and leaves debris on floor. Had to change rooms

I enjoyed my stay at the wharf inn, it’s pretty close to fisherman’s wharf like walking distance. There’s a 7 eleven across the street in case you need to buy something other wise there’s also the restaurants by the piers. Rooms where comfortable as well

I booked this hotel for my birthday weekend with my boyfriend, it was our first time reserving a hotel on our own (we’re 19 & 20) so I was a little worried it would be challenging to check in without my parents guidance but it wasn’t! The staff at the front desk were so friendly and the process was straight forward. As for the location it was in such a good area, everything is gated, so you need a key card to access anything in the hotel which made us feel safe. Parking was easy aswell but a little more expensive than we thought. Super close to the wharf, everything is walkable and safe. Very convenient that there’s a 7/11 right next door aswell as many affordable resteraunts. Ghirardelli square is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Lastly, my only criticism, the walls are extremely thin. You can hear footsteps from the people in the room above, aswell as every car that drives by. It made it super hard o fall asleep, so if u stay here bring noise canceling headphones.

This hotel is very close (only 2 blocks away) to Pier 39 and walkable to many of the spots to see in SF. The rooms with balconies are nice bc they all have a nice view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there are options to pay a fee for early check in or late check out. Highly recommend you give this spot a shot! Enjoy! Jonathan
