I'm giving this hotel four start instead of five because there was no view. We overlooked an alley. And because we were on the second floor, it was rather noisy at night with people using the dumpster(s) in the alley and with trucks emptying the dumpsters in the alley. I was woken up multiple times every night. Additionally, the TV in our room was placed at right angles to the bed, which was very odd but not a deal breaker because I didn't use it much. Otherwise the stay was great.

The walls are thin. I could hear the people talking in a normal tone and laughing in the rooms on each side of me. The television kept kept automatically turning off, even right after I turned it on. The picture of the room showed that the window opens but mine did not. And staff was not the friendliest when I checked in. They didn't seem to want to be there. My stay was disappointing.
