Staff was very friendly and welcoming. A safe and locked property near everything! The only issue I had was hearing all the noise outside but it could be quieter the higher the floor. Will definitely stay again.

You’re paying for the location. I was very disappointed with the room, it was dirty and aged definitely was not worth the price. Hair on the floors and in the bed, chipped or missing paint. I was rather surprised since the photos online looked much more promising

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and accommodated me when I unexpectedly got to the hotel earlier than check-in time. The hotel was less than a block from the powell station BART terminal. Hotel was in a convenient location with a nice deli right across the street and a Walgreens around the corner. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
