While the location is great if you’re attending an event at Oracle Park, about 3 different guests had their id’s and wallets stolen making me feel unsafe staying there. I will probably be staying elsewhere if I go to Oracle Park again.

I really liked how friendly the staff is and how fast check in took. The lobby is very clean and spacious with a lot of tables and seating. There outside seating is great also with some nice fire pits. I also like that in order to get to your floor you have to have your key card for the elevator so don’t forget that. The rooms are extremely clean and nice. Only downside we had is the fact that we were there for a concert and there parking was full. So the only place we could park at was a parking garage by the Taco Bell right across the street where the staff to is to go and for events the parking garage charges $100 dollars for 24 hrs. That was extremely disappointing. So just a heads up if you stay for a concert or event don’t want anyone else getting a shock like we did . Other than that the place is amazing the breakfast is definitely worth the price of the hotel stay.

The hotel is very close to Oracle Park and we loved the convenience. They only had one person checking people in and it was slow, especially since we were going to an event. The website says they have parking but they only have 9 spaces that fill up so we had to pay $100 for parking at a nearby garage.

Great location if you’re going to an event at Oracle. Parking can be a pain since they don’t have a garage. Staff friendly, breakfast was good and rooms were nice. Only hiccup was during check in and my deposit went through but her system didn’t recognize it or something. Only took a couple minutes to resolve though. Very happy overall.

First off parking is a nightmare! We got in town about 1:30p and all parking spots for the hotel we taken, we had to park around the corner and down the street. Hotel and staff we nice and welcoming. The A/C in our room didn’t work well so we were super hot all night but we survived. Breakfast was your typical hotel complimentary breakfast nothing special. Roof top bar are we neat. All in all would stay again if needed to.
