The view of the city from the 11th floor suite was excellent, only down side is I could hear all the action from the rooftop bar just above when I wanted to sleep a little early

Loved that it was a half block walk away from Oracle Park. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Front desk staff, while friendly and polite, weren’t as knowledgeable as I had hoped when asking about best ways to get from there to other places in the city or general “touristy” info.

Nice location but expensive parking
Enjoyed our stay here and the close proximity to Oracle Park. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were clean. Parking was very expensive and we were given some bad information from the front desk about the parking rates.

Staff were awesome with all request...morning breakfast was fresh and full of variety...if you are attending Giants games, this is the hotel to stay at..very convenient and only 5 minutes to stadium. Very much enjoyed our week long stay..we did suite with sofa bed for my adult son. ..having refrigerator in the room was nice. room service everyday with fresh linens was a plus.

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly during check-in and check-out. The room doors are a bit loud though and you can hear when people are opening and closing them, but overall it was fine. The area is great and many places are walkable or easy to get to by muni or bus. The stay was great and would stay here again.

We came to SF to sight see and watch a baseball game. The Oracle field is just across the street which was very convenient. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. I would come back here if we were planning to watch a baseball game.
