Stayed overnight with our new baby boy and the staff and service was fabulous, the cot was also really nice quality. It’s the best place to be if you have an early flights from T5 as you can drop off your bags the nights before and the drop off your room key and walk through to the terminal. Great hotel.

Staff are fantastic and are very helpful. Check in was a breeze and we got a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was fantastic. The ease of getting to departures is great and I would highly recommend staying here the night before you have a flight. Rooms were immaculate and the property is wonderful.

The bed and linens were very comfortable, and I appreciated the oversized towels.The marble counter in the bathroom could use a good wipe down. There was a long line at check-in at 10 o’clock at night. I am mobility impaired, and there is very limited seating in the lobby. Fortunately, some other guests were very kind told me to go in front of them. The lack of seating in the lobby was an issue again in the morning while I was waiting for the wheelchair from the airport. I recently stayed at the Sofitel at the Athens airport, which really rated five stars, so I expected this hotel to be comparable. The instant coffee in the room was a disappointment.

Very convenient. However the bar was ridiculously expensive and we felt it was rude to add service charge to drinks bill when the drinks were already hideously overpriced. The restaurant was fine but felt a bit more like a canteen. Enjoyed our meal though and didn’t feel as extortionate as the bar.

I have stayed at the Heathrow Sofitel on several occasions. The location is a short walk from terminal 5. I have never had a bad experience here. The rooms are excellent. Quiet and comfortable. The last time I stayed here I neglectfully left something in the room. By the time I realized I was through security and sitting in the lounge. I emailed them and the response was quick, and so very helpful. My property will be in the mail and back to me very soon. They were very understanding and went above and beyond. Outstanding customer service. I look forward to my next stay.

Very nice airport hotel
Good airport hotel. Staff were helpful and went above and beyond, even calling to tell me they gave me the wrong room, even though I wasn't bothered, they then comped breakfast. Room was large and quiet. Complimentary bar was a nice touch. It takes 5 minutes walk to get to checkin desks.
