Brilliant find at Darling Harbour . Right opposite the walking bridge to restaurants , aquarium etc Staff were fabulous . The food in cafe style restaurant delicious . Room comfortable and clean and tidy . I have stayed in some 5 star hotels and this little hotel will give them s run for their money on pricing and presentation . Even bought their fabulous Organic shampoo , conditioner snd body wash on departure . In the hallway of my floor sparkling and plain chilled water on self serve . Did not find a safe though in the room . Otherwise location , ambiance , staff and cleanliness amazing . I will be back .

Fantastic stay for one person attening a nearby conference. Very close to footbridge over Darling Harbour to access the city. Lovely breakfast offered in the cafe downstairs. Dyson hairdryer was a bonus and I was even able to borrow the diffuser attachment from reception. Room was small but perfect for one. A fantastic stay.

it was clean and the service was good. great location too. problems 1) breakfast was disappointing. Don't tick breakfast when you book. 2) don't use the fire exit to get to ground floor. you will be locked out and you can't use the external exits as they are alarmed. when I talked to the manager about the problem he made it clear it was my fault. I made it clear that his signage needed upgrading or better still allow access back into the hotel on the ground floor only. It fell on deaf ears.
