This is one of Australias largest and most luxurious shopping centres filled with designer stores, boutique stores, restaurants and cafes, and numerous services. This is your one-stop shop for all your grocery and shopping needs! Off-street parking is not available, however, parking is unrestricted on the street on Hastings Parade. There is also an abundance of public transport surrounding the property on adjacent streets.
Downstairs hosts an open planned and high-ceiling living space. The spacious living room is illuminated by floor to ceiling windows and features a large wall mounted flat screen TV with Apple TV and a plush three seater sofa decorated. "Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:
We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.
Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.
The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.
To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method."
