This accommodation is in a very convenient location - close to public transport and the hop on hop off bus. There are plenty of dining options as it is very close to Chinatown. The room was a good size and the comfortable while the double glazing keep the noise levels down.

The bed was excellent! Aircon an TV worked well. Staff friendly and helpful. No spoons, no tissue box available. On request I was given a spoon, also some coffee and milk.

The best part of our stay are the reception staffs!!! They were very accommodating , welcoming and helpful! They were always smiling and greeting guests warmly, when we need help or have questions, they made sure to answer and give insight!

This property is very dated and in need of serious upgrades. When we checked in for a five night stay the receptionist said that they would only do a full room service on day three. Other days they would leave extra clean towels and emerge waste baskets. They never came. When we checked out, they said they would store our luggage in a locked room. To our surprised when we came back to pick up the luggage’s, it was left in an open area by the elevator.

The room was spacious and clean,the bathroom was a bit cramped with no door on the shower just a glass panel. The king bed wasn't, it was 2 three quarters pushed together,leaving an uncomfortable edge down the middle. Overall nice.

Initially upon first inspection the room appeared clean however upon a closer look I discovered that the property was not as clean as first thought. A teacup plate in the cupboard had visual remnants of food on it that had been put away, the skirting boards were extremely dusty, and the powerpoint next to the left hand side of the bed was broken and pulled out.
