CRONULLA MALL is a 20 minute walk via the Beachfront Esplanade (at end of the Road).

The Villa is completely self-contained, with NO SHARED SPACES. Completely private with it's own PRIVATE ENTRANCE & Tropical Garden Courtyard, featuring an outdoor Two Chair Patio Setting for Al-Fresco Dining and a NEW Sun Deck including two Sun Lounges with feature Buddha.

Resort-style Furniture & Decor, Wood Parquetry Floorin Lounge/Dining area with HD LCD TV.

Dining Area includes 4 Chair Dining.

The Air-conditioned Bedroom features a luxury Pillow-top Dble Bed with Feather Pillows, quality Linen and Dual Electric Blankets for luxurious warmth in Winter and large Windows to enjoy the Ocean Breezes and to listen to the Ocean Waves as they lull you to sleep.

The modern Bathroom features a stunning Skylight and full-size Bath with combined Shower with removable Shower-Head.

The as new, modern Kitchen includes Crockery, Cutlery, Cookware & Cooking Utensils,Tea & Coffee Making Facilities including a Coffee Machine & Plunger, small Stove, small new S/Steel Fridge, Microwave, large Electric Frypan (with Lid for Roasting), small Grilling Appliance & built-in Washing Machine. - The Villa is situated directly across from Cronulla Golf Club for a game of Golf & Bistro/Restaurant with stunning views, open for Lunch & Dinner.

A Bus Stop is located just around the corner, routing to Cronulla Mall or Kurnell (to visit Captain Cook's Landing Place and the beautiful National Park.)

A perfect location with the Beach at the end of the Road to have a dip in the Ocean, or take a Walk on the famed Cronulla Beaches Esplanade Walk, which, if you head south, will take you to Cronulla Mall or continue further south, to see some of Cronulla's most picturesque Beaches, then to the spectacular Bass & Flinders Pt & the spectacular Salmon Haul Bay where you can take a dip in the bluest water.

The famed beachfront SummerSalt Restaurant (where Prince Harry dined 7 years ago) is located at the Beach at the end of the Road. Also a newly opened Cafe sits right next door on the Beachfront for Breakfasts and Lunches. (Only 12 minutes walk.)

Cronulla Mall is also only 20 mins walk, with World-Class Shopping, Outdoor Cafes, Beachside Restaurants, the latest design Cinema and 'The Brass Monkey' - Sydney's Premier 'Dinner & Show' Live Music Venue featuring the World's Leading Musicians & Artists.

Visit Cronulla Marina where you can cruise on the original Cronulla Ferry across to Bundeena and enjoy the Bushwalks to see famous ancient Aboriginal Etchings and stunning coastal views or book a Sunset Cruise or Morning Tea Cruise, or Live Music Cruise with Cronulla Cruises. Also recommended are the new Whale Watching Cruises.

PLEASE NOTE:
- GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO UTILISE THE LOUNGE AS A BED.
- A Guest who deceptively allows non-paying friends or family member(s) to stay overnight or longer on the Lounge, will be charged an Additional Guest Fee = $100 PER NIGHT, for Night/s stayed, and the Guest will be required to leave immediately, upon notification. The Total Amount will be deducted from Bond.
(TWO GUESTS MAX ARE PERMITTED TO UTILISE THE DOUBLE BED ONLY.)
- Babies of non-walking age are permitted and NO additional Charge is payable, although a Travel Cot will have to be supplied by Guest(s).

- Strictly NO Toddlers or young Children under the age of (13) thirteen are permitted to visit OR stay.
- NO Babysitting of Children/Grandchildren. This also includes NO visits by Grandchildren or Children under 13.

- Maximum Visitors: Four Guests over the age of 18.
- A Guest between the age of 13 to 18 is to be accompanied by an Adult Registered Guest, at all times.
-Any DAMAGE or THEFT of any of the property within The Resort Apartment (or in Courtyard of The Resort) including Appliances, Furniture, Decor Items, Plants etc, will incur loss of Bond plus possible additional costs, if incurred.

-So appreciate for Guests to please leave The Villa Apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy condition, as Cleaning Fees are not charged.
(Cleaning Fees or Replacement Fees may be deducted from Bond (and additional monies may be required) for stained Furnishings, Carpet or Bedding.)
