The lack of clear communication astounds me. I got to the day of the check in and had not received any details and when I called they wouldn’t respond. I had to call from another number for them to call me back. They blamed me when they hadn’t received the bond even though I had sent proof from my bank saying it had been transferred. When they finally “did receive” the bond they didn’t apologise for the chaos they put me through. They company they rent through was just as useless as they are. Expedia was fantastic and was the only helpful part of this entire stay. The property itself was fine. Not the cleanest bathrooms and one of the bedrooms has mild on the blinds. There’s no air conditioning though. Convenient for the purpose of my trip but would never stay with these people again

The photos look good, but sadly this place was overpriced. It could do with a detailed clean. Bedding was poor and failed to mention it had 5 flights of stairs from parking to the door, which didn’t suit our needs.
