Had the most amazing stay for my wedding anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate. Staff were lovely, room was clean and location perfect. Will definitely be going again

I had an amazing time celebrating my 50th birthday! Staff were amazing, room was awesome and room was perfect! I highly recommend the spa one of the best ever!!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Very accommodating for having a toddler with us. Very easy to get to Circular Quay.

Great location, spacious room with harbour view, comfy beds, good facilities, bountiful buffet breakfast, helpful staff, value for money Decor a bit tired and dated, understaffed. Could be better soundproofing between interconnecting rooms. A bustling hive of activity, one of the busiest hotels ever stayed in, with appeal it seemed to all ages. If you are looking for a serene couples getaway it might not be for you. Pool/whirlpool area very popular with families & this area felt like a holiday park not a 5star hotel If you value well located & accessible to sights (& harbour views) it’s a great choice.
