No face washers ot hand towels were supplied. No coffee, tea or milk in rooms had to go to another level for them. I was blicked in my car space and the owner of the car that was blocking me couldn't be found. That persons car was inloading spot in the car park which blocked me in. I would never stay here again and definitely would not recommend it.

I do appreciate the water fountain of drinking water. Naturally, the gorgeous breakfast layout. And the friendliness it creates among residents. I cannot praise enough the ongoing little things here and little things there. It is really home away from home. The staff are so brotherly/sisterly helpful and inclusive.

There was drainage issues where using the shower would create a puddle of water in the tiled kitchen area, however everything else was pretty good, albeit a bit out-dated in terms of TV and bed. Spacious enough for one or two people very easily

Clean, quiet hotel. Bed comfy - a little soft but was fine. Room was a bit stuffy, but could open window (yay!) or use aircon. Desk attendant courteous and friendly. Best part - only a few buildings away from Green Square railway station, which will get you to/from the airport in 10 mins with no traffic hassle. Neat, clean, simple, classic 3* accommodation. Would stay again.

A bit pricey for what you get, bad room colours
ValueSuites is supposed to be cheap but was quite steep when I booked. The room was quite small, dingey and had a horrible yellow theme which made me hate my life when I woke up in the morning and had to stare at a yellow wall first thing. I was here for work and I spent almost every day out for about 16-18 hours so I spent very little time here which probably helped my opinion of the place. Very disappointed that housekeeping didn't clean my room once while I was here, and I had to ask twice for basics like fresh towels, shower gels, and toilet rolls. They never made my made and only changed the bin liner once and that was overflowing by the end of my stay. The gym is a hole in the garage - so definitely not a gym. One of the tiles in the kitchenette area wasn't safe as it came up out of the carpet and I caught my toe on it a few times, which really hurt. Although, I did like the fact there was a 24/7 coffee machine on level 1 - although I prefer having a coffee machine in my room as I'm pretty sure no one wants to see me before I have had coffee in the morning. You get what you pay for here, maybe a bit less, I would come back again if Sydney loses its mind again and prices go through the roof.
