Great check-in and staff very helpful overall. Less than great service at the Blu Bar on evening of Monday 16 … stood around waiting to be seated while staff walked past but said nothing. Very slow delivery for drinks in what did not seem to be a very busy bar. Smokes once delivered, however! Overall, had a lovely stay.

Only issue was the check in which was difficult, we had checked in early then came back when room was ready. A lady took us out of the que to help but then could not verify our identity??? Eventually back to the desk and the girl did it all within 30 seconds. Not sure why or how but was not a great look.

My wife and I stayed for two nights for our honeymoon and we loved the fact food and so forth was included because of the room we booked. Well worth it. My only concern was the payment for parking I found that a little expensive but you guys dropped it down to $85 which was appreciated. I made a video also and tagged you guys has over 10k views to show our appreciation. Thank you for having us it was great and staff honestly very nice and trained well. Lastly would be nicer if the pool was a bit bigger as it gets crowded. But nothing major. Thank you from my wife and I. Cheers

Convenient to Circular Quey and the Opera House. Room upgrade was and absolute bonus. Would have liked a late checkout but N/A. Enjoyed our stay
