Swimming pool was closed. Too much noise for the maintenance work on the pool. Old hotel. This information shouldā€™ve been mentioned clearly before confirming the booking specifically with their non refundable cancellation policy. Not flexible at all.

Good value all inclusive
The ā€œall inclusiveā€ option on hotels.com turned out to be the Premium All Inclusive plan which is good value for an all inclusive because the food and drinks you get is the same as other people who are paying for it. A bit limited in the restaurant options thatā€™s actually all inclusive but itā€™s not bad if you go to all of them (some are a bit far, eg. you need to book a shuttle to get to). The all inclusive tiering is really complicated but if you get the premium itā€™s pretty good, you can go almost anywhere and have a full meal&drinks.

I had a disappointing check-in experience at the hotel. As an Expedia gold member, I was expecting to receive an upgrade, subject to availability. Surprisingly, there was an available upgrade, but the hotel staff informed me that I needed to be a gold member with their specific program. I requested, at the very least, a room with a view, highlighting my status as an Expedia gold member. However, the receptionist signed me up for their membership, even though I already had a membership with Expedia. The check-in process was frustratingly slow, with an excessive amount of paperwork to sign. While the hotel itself was decent, I believe there is room for improvement in their services. They should be more accommodating to guests who come from different platforms with various memberships. It's disheartening that, despite being a loyal Expedia member since 2010, I was treated in such a manner simply because I didn't make a direct reservation with the hotel.

Staff are wonderful, Mani at the pool bar, Adkil at Vasco de gama and all staff in the sports bar ans restaurants. Plenty of options for pools, lots of sun beds and the resort is very clean. Unfortunate to have the building work going on, would have been better doing this in the summer with kess oeople around.

It was a nice 2 days as a family we spent at the hotel. One room was not ready at the time of check in which is first time iā€™m facing this issue. But overall it was good.

Great place out of the way though it was close to small palm but was wrong. If I had checked I would have stayed closer to Dubai and Atlantis. Donā€™t have your clothes washed there they charge way too much.

An excellent and well needed break! Could ask to stay at a better resort for a relaxing fun time all in one. Staff in some areas could be more proactive / helpful (eg. Clearing plates quicker at breakfast etc). Sandbar, Sette and Bibe the real standouts from a great 10 days

False advertising . Requested and paid for a deluxe room sea view room . I was offered a deluxe room with no view or a regular room with a view . Despite payment being taken . Their facilities are not very handicap friendly .
