Easy access, check in was quick, older property, but room was very clean and big. No tv access to check out but, there was no line when we checked out. The free shuttle service to the park was great, reasonable parking $25 a night can stay til 11pm next day at no charge. I would stay here again.

I made the reservation and paid for, for from my out of town visitors, went to drop them off and parking is an extra $25.00 for guests, since I was there just to drop them off I was charged $15.00 extra, with only a 15 minute courtesy period ($5.00 extra for more time). If a n Uber or Lift has a customer drop off they better know where the registration desk is, I spent 15 minutes just finding it, for a first time visitor, I'd go elsewhere least expensive and more comfortable.

The property decorations are truly the highlight of this property. The shuttle to and from Disneyland another plus. But the room and room are just average and truly dated in look and quality.

We have stayed here since 2008; this was the first time we visited during their annual Halloween Event. The courtyard was decorated with kid friendly Halloween decor, they staff where dressed up, and handing out handfulls of candy. Evweyone here is super friendly, the shuttle to and feom Disneyland is why we stay here. We will be back soon!

Disneyland’24
This is an older hotel but it’s a great experience! The shuttle to Disneyland is easy to use and runs very frequently. We loved our stay!

I waited 45 minutes unto 1120pm on towels just to call down to be told I was only permitted 2 towels per room even though there was 3 people, the front desk when request was made could have told me then instead of waiting 45 minutes. Also at dinner in restaurant we had a problem with server Jose Perez because I ordered a childrens pizza dinner for my grandson who didnt like the soda cuz it was to much syrup and not enough carbonation so my friend traded her water for his soda and he charged me a regular soda price because he saw her drink it, I told him what happen but he didnt car he said well she drank it so you need to pay for it, then we had to wait for 37 minutes to get bill fixed cux he over charged me and he spent that time getting someone on your staff to make me pay and refused to take it off. I stay with you all the time and ive never had this bad service. My friend was trying to find a place for her whole family to stay for there 65people family reunion and I talked up your hotel but sadly it fell short of my bragging.
