The rooms could have been cleaned better as there was still a clothing tag on the floor from the previous guest when we arrived and a lot of dust at the bed head end on the floor. The lady who checked us out was most unhappy and grumpy. Every other staff member we encountered was lovely and friendly.

Attended the 2024 NABT conference and enjoyed our time at the hotel. Was great to be able to walk down, grab a morning coffee and head to our meetings. Staff was super kind and helpful during our stay. Loved our balcony room with a nightly view of the Disney fireworks.

Walking distance to downtown Disney and the convention center. Close to bus stop. Starbucks inside and lots of chairs for lounging. Valet is available and self-parking.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Wasn’t too far of a walk to the Disney parks but they also have a bus service that takes you to and from the parks if you don’t want to walk. The staff were beyond lovely from arriving to leaving. We will definitely be back.
