The surrounding area was dirty & looked run down. The room was big but carpet was dirty; the couch looked dirty with stains! A couple lights weren’t working! The AC was VERY OLD & NOISY! Thank goodness I was only there for 1 night!

If you are looking for a cheap hotel close to knotts and Disney this one was very good. However, walls were thin and there was a homeless person hanging outside of our room right in front of the elevator. Very awkward.

Pretty bad experience for me. Lots of homeless in the parking lot chasing people. Random people knocking on your doors, loud and rowdy next room neighbors blasting music at 1 am. You can hear everything through the walls I could you not haha. Staff is super nice though.
