With a large great room, 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, this home provides the features you desire in a vacation home: all new furnishings, plenty of seating and space, no crowded feeling! Located about 1 mile from Disneyland, you can come home for a break and go back for more afternoon fun.

New beds with comfy mattresses. In the master bedroom, you'll have a King bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed. Adults and children alike will love the bunk beds in Bedroom #3. One set has a Full on the bottom and a Twin on top. The other has two Twins.

A convenient kitchen makes meal preparation easy for lunches or special dinners. Our dining table has seating for 8 plus a high chair for your little one. If grilling outside is your style, we've got you covered. Put your steaks, burgers or hot dogs on the outdoor gas BBQ and enjoy!

How about a day at home of rest and relaxation? The large backyard offers lots of space for a game of soccer, catch, croquet, or simply soaking in the sun. Looking for space to spread out inside? You'll love the great room! There are three sofas, so there's plenty of seating for everyone! Plus a game table - Scrabble or Monopoly anyone? The game table is perfect for that. Need to work away from home? Open up your laptop and catch up on work while you plan your activities. Watch movies, sports or your favorite shows on the 48" TV in the great room! There's another TV in the Master Bedroom, too!

We love children! A stroller, high chair, and pack n play is available, so you don't have to drag these along on the airplane! We're proud to offer the amenities you'll appreciate. Luxury linens (we even iron the pillowcases!) on each bed. You'll have plenty of fluffy towels in each bathroom. For your convenience, we even provide soaps, detergent, and other little items you don't want to have to bring along. You'll be thrilled with the magical display of Disneyland fireworks at night! When the signed Reservation Agreement is received, check-in instructions will be emailed and includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information.

+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 9 individuals including children and infants. (8 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events.

+ Parking: 2-3 cars max. in driveway. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers. Cars must not encroach into sidewalk. No parking on street.

Nice place with great location
Perfect place for a small family. The bunk beds worked perfectly for our nephew and one adult (the full size bed was a great idea to have). The proximity to Disneyland is great, about 5 minutes by car. It is walking distance, but I would not recommend walking. After a day of walking around the Disneyland resort, that 2 mile walk could feel.like 20. We would definitely stay here again with family.

We stayed for 3 nights for a quick trip to Disneyland. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, dishes, etc. for everyone. The location was perfect for a Disney trip. It is about a half hour walk.

House had a wear smell upon arrival., no extra pillows!! Disappointed.,bathrooms too small, no place to set up toiletries, shower in the master bedroom super tiny, we had to call the owner if we needed to adjust AC our bedroom was super hot at night very uncomfortable!! Garage was locked we had no access to it! Signage didn’t match with the house..(didn’t make sense) no hangers to hang our clothes and no dressers to unpacked our luggage.. VERY DISAPPOINTED.!!!

If your going to Disneyland this house is an excellent location. They are not kidding you can watch the fireworks from the front yard and they look amazing. The bedrooms could use more storage like a dresser. The house was super clean. The neighborhood was older but nice. I would stay there again.

Property was very clean. Close to everything we wanted to do. We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Property manager was a little slow to respond to questions and some blind slats were broken but the overall house was very nice and clean.

The house was clean and in good shape, the only negative is when it rained there was a water puddle 3-4 wide at the front door and there was no way to get out of the house without stepping in it.

Friends football and Disneyland reunion
The location of this property is great, very close and easy access to Disneyland. The pictures in the listing are misleading. The living room did not have the loveseat pictured under the window, which we were counting on because of the size of our group. The bedroom closets had no hangers, the bunk room and the master had no where to set a suitcase other than on the floor; there was a dresser in the queen room. There are no curtains on any of the windows (as pictured in the living room photo), just older plastic mini-blinds, some slats are broken. The house is older with no updated kitchen or bathrooms which are VERY small. The house was clean and comfortable, however we did some cooking and the kitchen is minimally equipped; the stove works great but the oven door is not air tight so the oven never settled on the desired temp. The lockbox is older also, and while we could open it easily, it was tricky getting the cover back on and locked. It's also located in an area where there is no lighting at night, so you'd need your flashlight to see the numbers, which are not clearly indicated. Also, the porch light was out, which left us in the dark when we arrived home at night. Sounds like a lot of complaining, but I'd say the property was adequate for our needs, and you can see the fireworks at Disneyland from the yard. Also, finally, the host was difficult to reach at times, which if there were any problems during your stay might be an issue.

Communications with the owner were odd. She seemed overly concerned about partying and noise and as a result wasn't as helpful as I would have expected. When we got there, we did not have access to the garage and the provided WIFI password was wrong. These are all minor things, but because the communication was problematic, they became bigger issues than they should have been.

Thank you for letting us stay. This is an older house. It worked for us. The toliet seemed to have trouble. The master bedroom bathroom toilet clogged a couple times. There was not a plunger. The master bed is pretty squeaky. Getting in and out wakes up your partner. Bring your own pillows. There are not enough pillows for every bed. (Unless you use the shams) The kitchen is very sparse on cooking items. We had an issue with the grill and looked to cook food in the oven. There are not any pans or dishes we could use to cook chicken. If you are planning to use the kitchen, bring everything you need including salt and pepper. There is clothes washer soap, but just for towels, bring extra for you. The manager was very kind and did respond to fix our grill issue. She was great to work with my sister in law. Check in was easy, the area is good. I feel like it's far to walk coming home from Disney. We didn't have access to the garage, but two cars could fit in the driveway. No street parking. The contract wants everyone to be home by 10 pm. There is a big room and lots of yard in back. It's fun to be all together instead of a hotel.

We chose this place because it was close to Disneyland. It was quite a walk to the park but our teens did make the walk home and it was fine. We were a bit disappointed with the kitchen. There weren’t any pantry basics or baggies or anything to pack snacks in. We had to purchase cooking spray and salt and pepper to make breakfast. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit wonky and my husband had to adjust the legs underneath it at least once in our three day stay. All in all it was a good house but lacking in some things.

Our Disney Vacay
We had an awesome 3 day stay at an amazing Property. Our children loved being so close to Disney and all the comforts of home, to include a beautiful Christmas Tree! Location, location, location was key to our stay, as we were able to leave and return to the parks with ease. We recommend this wonderful property to all visiting Disney, you won’t be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was fairly clean and it was as described in the listing. The walk from the house through Downtown Disney to the gates is just under 30 minutes with young kids. There are sidewalks the entire way. My only complaints were the floor and some bugs. The floor was swept clean, but the mop water was dirty when it was cleaned. Socks showed dirt after walking in the property for any amount of time. We also saw a few bugs while there. Nothing crazy, but it might be off putting to some. We did not contact the property manager about either issue during our stay. I would stay here again.

Nice property. Close to Disney--but I believe it is a stretch to say it is walking distance! Plenty of room and well stocked with linens. Property was not clean when we arrived, but management got it cleaned very quickly and were very apologetic. Some nearby houses nearby were sketchy, but it is LA. Definitely would stay here again!

House was exactly what we needed for the trip.
This was a great property and close to Disney. While walking distance it’s not practical to walk there due to busy roads. Can see fireworks from yard. If any change it would be to have a dresser in the rooms for clothes so we didn’t have to keep things in a suitcase. And more pillows :). Had one small issue but the manager fixed it on 4th of July!!! Thank you for a great stay.
